Pilates is a body control method created by Joseph Pilates. Among other things, it is used to develop optimal posture, strengthen the core area and deepen breathing. The exercises are varied and modified to suit everyone’s fitness level, so the class is suitable for everyone.

PhysioPilates combines pilates training with physiotherapeutic competence, and the instructor is a physiotherapist who has completed the PhysioPilates training. PhysioPilates takes into account the one’s musculoskeletal problems and provides individual guidance. During the class, you will learn how to use the muscles and joints of your body equally, which will relax the overly active muscles and strengthen the muscles that support the posture of the mid-body. This promotes one’s own well-being through body control. The class is suitable for both beginners and active exercisers.

Bring relaxed clothes and a water bottle. There are yoga mats at the studio, but you are more than welcome to bring your own mat if you wish.

On your wedding day, many things can feel nerve-wracking but your wedding dance doesn’t have to be one of them! At Flama’s one-time wedding waltz course, you’ll practice the traditional waltz starting from the very basics. The course will give you confidence in your dance steps and help you learn the fundamentals of the waltz.
