FasciaMethod is a holistic body maintenance method developed by Finnish physiotherapists. In FasciaMethod, the body’s mobility is improved with various mobility exercises, dynamic stretches, movement control training and by manipulating fascias with a ball. FasciaMethod is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their performance effectively and promote their well-being. The exercises are done at the pace of breathing. At the end of the class, there is a relaxation.
