Maternity Pilates is designed for both expectant mothers and those who have already given birth. You can join the class with or without the baby. During the classes, you get to concentrate on your own body and breathing. The exercises focus on specific training of pelvic floor and include pilates movements that strengthen the abdominal muscles and the postural muscles of the entire body. The class also includes gentle dynamic stretches and finally relaxation. You can join the course at any stage of pregnancy or very soon after giving birth. However, it does not matter if it has been a while since the birth.

Forecast for the coming summer: lots of dancing and sunshine! ☀️ Flama’s summer schedule has now been released. The summer season will be danced from June 1 to August 23, 2026. This summer, there will be a whole range of different short courses, drop-in classes, and of course, the popular park classes!
