Pops Xqlusiv, a.k.a. Lionel Foster

Lionel Foster, better known as Pops, is the founder of the famous Xqlusiv dance crew. Pops started dancing at age 5 and is one of Jamaica’s best-known and most respected dancehall dancers. In addition to dancehall, Pops dances other traditional Jamaican dances, such as kumina and revival.

Throughout his career, Pops has worked with many world-famous artists, including Elephant Man, Spice, Voicemail, Mr. Vegas, Beenie Man, and many others. Under Pops’ leadership, the Xqlusiv dance group has also won several high-level dance competitions and awards, such as the International Reggae and World Music Award (dance category, 2013), KFC Skankaz at Magnum Kings and Queens (2017), and the JCDC World Reggae Dance Championship (2017).
