Flama’s groups — Flama Crew, La Calentura, and The Honeys — are looking for new members.
The groups train weekly under the guidance of Flama’s teachers and perform at various occasions and events, such as Flama’s own shows.
Dance group members also receive a 40 € discount on Flama’s Autumn 2026 Anytime Card.

Flama Crew’s Latin Show performances are bringing a lot of Caribbean joy and energy! The sparkling group’s repertoire includes Caribbean and Latin dances, such as fast-paced Samba, Cha Cha, Jive, Salsa and Reggaeton as well as sensual Rumba, Paso Doble and Bachata.
The group has performed in Flama’s own dance parties, corporate events and parties as well as other events. The group is directed by Mirka Saali.
Flama Crew is training this autumn on Mondays 24.8.–7.12. at 20:15–21:15 in Flama Rauhankatu . Autumn season fee is 195 €, and it includes 15 training sessions of 55 minutes each.
The group dances both Ballroom Latin dances (i.a. Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive and Samba) and Caribbean dances (Salsa and Bachata). You can apply to join the group if you experience in most of these dance styles and you master the basic technique of Ballroom Latin dances. It is good to have several years of experience (at least five years) and previous performance experience.
The members of the group are encouraged to actively participate in the weekly classes as well. The participation in the group requires a full commitment to the training sessions and other group activities.

Reggaeton Group La Calentura’s performances are full of power, energy and attitude! Reggaeton is a Latin dance and music style born in the 1990s and it has been influenced by different dance styles, for example South and Middle American dances, such as Dancehall, various Afro Dances as well as Hip Hop.
The group has performed both at Flama’s own events and on other stages. The group is directed by Mirka Saali.
La Calentura will be training this autumn on Tuesdays 25.8.–1.12. at 19:15–20:10 in Flama Rauhankatu . The autumn season fee is 182 €, and it includes 14 training sessions of 55 minutes each.
You can apply to join the group if you have previous dance experience and you enjoy dancing, learning new things and performing. The most important things are your motivation and commitment to training.
The members of the group are encouraged to actively participate in the weekly Reggaeton classes as well. The participation in the group requires a full commitment to the training sessions and other group activities.

The Honeys is a dance group that combines commercial dance and twerking in their performances. The group’s versatile and polished shows raise the atmosphere to the roof at every event. This group has no shortage of confidence and flashiness!
The group performs at events, nightclubs, parties, and in music videos, for example. The group is led by Salla Siniranta.
The Honeys are training this autumn on Wednesdays 26.8.–9.12. at 20:15–21:10 in Flama Linnankatu . The autumn season fee is 208 €, and it includes 16 training sessions of 55 minutes each.
You can apply to join the group if you have a strong background in commercial dance or similar styles, pick up choreography quickly, and enjoy performing. Knowing the basics of twerking is a plus but not required.
The members of the group are encouraged to actively participate in the weekly classes as well. The participation in the group requires a full commitment to the training sessions and other group activities.
