Dance and Yoga to Help Children in Gaza Event at Flama 26.11.

13:45–14:45 Yoga, suitable for everyone, instructed by Lotta Lähteenmäki

Place: Flama Linnankatu (Linnankatu 84, 20100 Turku)

One class costs 15 € and it will be donated to Unicef Gaza Emergency Appel to help children in Gaza. Donate the sum of your choice (at least 15 €/class) to Unicef’s MobilePay number 36844. Show the MobilePay receipt at the reception of the dance studio when coming to the class. If you do not have MobilePay, you can donate by sending a text message LAPSET20 to 16110 (the text message costs 20 €).

Lyrical Dance

Lyrical Dance combines jazz and ballet technique with the elements of contemporary dance. During the class, we start with a warm-up and then work on the choreography that utilizes the story of the music in the movements, dynamics and expression. We learn the choreography at a calm pace, and that is why the class is also suitable for beginners.

Yoga

This yoga class is suitable for everyone, you do not need any previous experience of yoga to join The class consists of breathing exercises, meditation and asana exercises, the physical side of yoga. You can bring your own mat but there are also some mats at the studio, if you need to borrow one.
