Pauliina Latva’s heels workshops include both beginner and intermediate level classes.

For the beginner workshop you don’t need any previous dance background or experience of dancing with heels.

HEELS
During the Heels workshop, we will learn to dance with heels naturally and with confidence. During the class, you will be introduced to the basics of dancing in heels, such as walking and turning. After the warm-up, we will go through technical elements in the form of different walking exercises At the end of the class, we will focus on putting our souls into dancing with a choreography. You do not need to have any prior experience of dancing in high heels to join the class. You can bring your own dance heels with you or participate without heels.
