Workshop consist of proper relaxation (savasana, relaxation-yoga Nidra), breathing exercises (pranayamas), sun salutation (surya namaskar) and asanas (yoga poses). The workshop will be held in English. The workshop is suitable for everyone, no prior experience of yoga is needed. We have yoga matresses at the studio, so you don´t have to take anything with you.
DIEGO DHARMA
Diego Dharma has been practicing yoga for 15 years. He did his yoga teacher training course in 2015(TTC 200h) in Brazil by International Sivananda Vedanta Organization. In this year he founded his own yoga studio in Brazil: Espaço Jaya (@jayaespaco). In 2017 he came to India for the Sivananda Sadhana Intensive Course In Neyyaar Dam Sivananda Ashram. He also studied Ayurvedic Therapy Massage In Anjali Ayurvedic School, Kannur, in India. He has recently moved to Finland and he will share his knowledgement now first time at Flama Dance Studio.

This summer, there will be a whole range of different short courses, drop-in classes, and of course, the popular park classes!
On your wedding day, many things can feel nerve-wracking but your wedding dance doesn’t have to be one of them! At Flama’s one-time wedding waltz course, you’ll practice the traditional waltz starting from the very basics. The course will give you confidence in your dance steps and help you learn the fundamentals of the waltz.
