Courses and Course Drop-in Spots
The courses are marked in the schedule with a *-asterisk. Register for a course through Flama’s online store. It is also possible to attend a single course session if there are spots available. Course drop-in spots can be booked through Flama’s booking system and will be available from May 25 or July 19, depending on when the course starts.
Keep in mind that in the courses, the teaching progresses over the weeks, and the same choreography may be practiced across several sessions.
Drop-in Classes
Classes without a *-asterisk are drop-in classes, which you can join at any time – including beginner level. Reserve your spot for the drop-in classes via our booking system.
Holiday Period
Our studios will not hold weekly classes between July 6 and July 26, 2026. However, during this break there will be a few workshops and park classes available.
We reserve the right to make changes to classes, schedules, and instructors. Additional classes may also be added later.
