Sensual Flow is a class that combines the confident attitude of commercial dance with soft, sensual energy. The choreography blends feminine strength, playful self-expression, and floor work. These classes will leave no one cold! During the course, we’ll build one choreography designed by Salla.
This course is suitable for those who dance regularly, for example, participants of commercial dance classes.

Absences from classes can be made up during the same term in any other class or drop-in session. This way, no dance session will be wasted! Read more.
For the class, it is recommended to wear clothes that are comfortable to move around in. You can dance with indoor sneakers, dance shoes, or socks. Some classes involve floor exercises, and for these we recommend bringing knee pads or leg warmers to protect your knees. Knee pads are also available for purchase in our online store and studios. Also take a water bottle with you and remember to drink enough after class.
Salla has been teaching Twerk and Commercial Dance at Flama since 2020. She has more than 25 years of dancing experience. Salla has lead many performing dance groups and she has been a member in many performing dance groups as well. She now leads Flama’s Twerk and Commercial Dance Group The Honeys.
In Salla’s classes, the most important thing is to feel good, to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to enjoy the movement and maybe even exceed yourself! Learning the right and safe twerk techniques is important to Salla, and a lot of effort is put into it in Salla’s classes, especially in the classes for beginners.
