Wear comfortable and flexible clothes with you when you come to the class. Please bring your water bottle as well. We have yoga mats at our studio and you can borrow them for the class, if you wish so.
PhysioPilates
PhysioPilates combines pilates training with physiotherapeutic competence, and the instructor is a physiotherapist who has completed the PhysioPilates training. PhysioPilates takes into account the one’s musculoskeletal problems and provides individual guidance.
During the class, you will learn how to use the muscles and joints of your body equally, which will relax the overly active muscles and strengthen the muscles that support the posture of the mid-body. This promotes one’s own well-being through body control. The classes are suitable for both beginners and active exercisers.
Sarianna Jakobsson
Sarianna Jakobsson is a FasciaMethod instructor, 3 PhysioPilates instructor, a physiotherapist, a personal trainer and a basic sexologist.
Sarianna has been dancing passionately since a three-year-old, first with Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary Dance. In recent years, you have been able to spot her in Flama’s classes and currently she is very interested in reggaeton.
