Description

Gentle Hatha Yoga & Sound Healing Sound Journey

Hatha yoga is a gentle and peaceful form of yoga that brings balance to both the body and the mind. The exercises and asanas are performed in sync with your own breath. The practice stretches and strengthens the muscles, helps keep the joints flexible, and promotes blood circulation and digestion. The class ends with a guided final relaxation.

Hatha yoga is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, including those with back or joint problems.

Rooting Sound Healing sound journey is a meditative musical performance consisting of the healing sounds of the guitar, vocals, horn, and singing bowls. For the listener, the sound journey is an experience that opens up the body and mind, while also being relaxing and cleansing.
