Contemporary Dance

Contemporary Dance is a dance style, which is influenced by several different dance and art forms. It is even aiming at crossing these boundaries. Contemporary Dance has as many forms as there are its dancers!

During the course, we focus on finding the right flow of the movement as well as taking advantage of the gravity while moving. Floorwork is also an important part of contemporary dance classes. At the end of the classes, we practice a choreography combining everything learnt earlier.

Contemporary dance is also about body maintenance and how to respite from your everyday life.
