In this open level workshop, we practice different twerk techniques with full blast, from start to finish. A great sweat guaranteed! There is no choreography in this workshop. Just take your knee pads and water bottle with you.

MONSE VILLARROEL
Monse is a passionate and inspiring pedagogical dance teacher who wants people to fall in love with their own body and expression. Monse has won the Finnish twerking championship three times. With years of experience as a dance teacher and performer, she has accumulated experience and knowledge that she wants to share with her students. Every lesson she teaches is planned from start to finish so that students can push their own limits and feel a sense of achievement. She wants to create love, humour, shamelessness, clear structure, technique, power and expression in her classes.
