Welcome to celebrate vappu, the first of May, by dancing! Flama’s May Day salsa is held the 1st of May. The evening is filled with salsa, bachata, kizomba, urban kiz and semba rhythms on two dance floors. We will offer some mead, doughnuts and of course great company! Welcome to start the May Day Salsa with Anna Ketopaikka’s pre-party couple salsa workshop.

Remember to take your dance shoes or other indoor shoes with you because the shoes used outdoors will be left in the lobby.
Flama Linnankatu is located next to Turku Castle, and the address is Linnankatu 84. Bus Line 1 (Market Square–Turku Harbor) will stop just in front of Flama at the bus stop called Satamakatu. The bus trip from Market Square to the dance studio takes around 10 minutes. Check the bus schedule at http://www.foli.fi/en. If you decide to come by your own car, there are free parking spaces behind the dance studio and other parking options nearby, such as chargeable parking lots or ones requiring a parking disk.
