Description
Sexual Self-Confidence -Burlesque Workshop
What if self-confidence isn’t something you try to achieve, but rather something you allow yourself to feel?
In this workshop, we’ll explore sexual confidence through the medium of burlesque. During the workshop, we’ll focus on physical exercises, mindfulness, expressing allure, and how to project your own energy more powerfully—both in the dance studio and in everyday life.
During the workshop, you’ll learn the basics of burlesque and a short choreography, but the most important journey takes place within your own body. The goal isn’t to look sexy to others, but to find a deeper sense of confidence in who you are.
Burlesque offers a unique opportunity to practice being in the spotlight in a safe, playful way, without the pressure to perform.
You don’t need any prior experience in dance or burlesque. All you need is a curiosity to explore your own self-confidence and a desire to try something new.
There’s no undressing at the workshop, and you don’t have to look or act a certain way. You can participate in completely ordinary workout clothes, or, if you’d like, bring a touch of flair — for example, with a burlesque-inspired outfit, dance shoes, or red lipstick.
Come as you are. Go home feeling a little more confident than when you arrived.
Cloud Kohinoor
Cloud Kohinoor is an international burlesque artist and instructor who has been performing and teaching burlesque throughout Europe for a decade.
At the heart of Cloud’s teaching are self-confidence, body awareness, and authentic self-expression. She is particularly interested in how burlesque can be used to strengthen one’s relationship with oneself, build the courage to be one’s true self, and find more freedom, joy, and mindfulness in everyday life.
Cloud returned to Finland in the summer of 2026 from New York, where she had drawn inspiration for her work from an international environment. Her experiences with different cultures and people are also reflected in her teaching style: warmth, openness, and bringing people together.
As a teacher, Cloud is known for her encouraging and approachable style. Her classes aren’t about striving for perfection, but about having the courage to try new things, be yourself, and have fun.
Empowering women and building communities are particularly close to Cloud’s heart. She believes that, at its best, burlesque is not just dance but a tool for building self-confidence, discovering one’s own strength, and creating meaningful connections with others.
