Lotta Lähteenmäki

Lotta Lähteenmäki graduated as a dance teacher in 2010 and has been teaching dance for over 20 years. Her teaching experience covers a wide range of genres, levels, and age groups. Lotta’s teaching combines the joy of movement, technical expertise, and a deep connection to one’s own body.

Lotta is also a trained yoga instructor and dance and movement therapist. These backgrounds are reflected in her teaching through gentleness, body awareness, and a compassionate approach to learning. Her classes have a warm, positive, and safe atmosphere where everyone is welcome to be themselves.

For Lotta, dance and movement are a lifelong love and source of strength. She believes that movement can heal, liberate, and empower—and that everyone has the right to find their own way of expressing themselves through dance.
