This class focuses on the basics of commercial dance—dynamic, music-video-style movement that blends influences from various genres. In this workshop, you’ll get to practice rhythm, coordination, and self-expression in a relaxed atmosphere. During the class, we’ll build a choreography designed by Sara, where you can let loose and enjoy the movement.
This class is suitable for beginners; you can join even if you have no prior dance experience.
Sensual Commercial combines the spectacular nature of commercial dance with a softer, more sensual movement style. The class focuses on flow, body control, and expressiveness. The movements practiced in the choreography are fluid and confident—the most important thing is to find your own style and enjoy the dance. The class also includes floor work, so it’s a good idea to bring either knee pads or shin guards to protect your knees.
This class is suitable for those who dance regularly, such as those who attend commercial dance classes.
Would you like to try twerking in a sensual, feminine atmosphere? In this class, we’ll explore the basic techniques of twerking and hip control, and practice a sensual choreography designed by Sara that combines the powerful energy of twerking with soft, fluid movements. Now everyone gets to unleash their inner diva! The class also includes floor work, so be sure to bring either knee pads or shin guards to protect your knees.
There are both easier and more challenging options for the exercises and choreography, catering to dancers of all skill levels. However, it’s important to have a solid grasp of the basic twerk techniques.

Sara is a passionate dancer and dance instructor from Tampere. She has a diverse dance background spanning over 13 years, including commercial dance, dancehall, female dancehall, twerk, hip hop, and heels. Sara trains regularly in Finland and seeks inspiration abroad. She has been working as a dance instructor since 2018, coaching dancers throughout Finland.
As a commercial dancer, Sara has experience working with artists, in music videos, at competitions, and on TV productions, such as the UMK24 show and the 2025 Urheilugaala.
It is important to Sara to create a safe and supportive environment in her classes, where everyone can grow and challenge themselves in a variety of ways. Students have described her as an approachable, inspiring, and clear teacher. In Sara’s classes, you are part of a relaxed and motivated dance community.
