Linnankatu has been reopened to traffic in front of Turku Castle, and it is once again possible to drive to the parking areas of Flama’s Linnankatu studio via Linnankatu. The section of Linnankatu between Satamakatu and Toinen poikkikatu remains closed.

At the same time, a new phase of construction has begun on Satamakatu, closing the section of the street between Vallihaudankatu and Linnankatu to traffic. Drivers arriving via Vallihaudankatu can continue to the end of the street and turn onto Linnankatu from there.

Access by car

Starting Tuesday, June 23, drivers coming from Turku city centre will once again be able to access the studio parking directly via Linnankatu. Those arriving via Vallihaudankatu can drive to the end of the street and turn onto Linnankatu from there.

Flama’s parking spaces are available again. There are 12 free customer parking spaces behind the studio. Nine of the spaces are marked with Flama signs, while the remaining three are marked Kiinteistö Oy Linnankatu 84 (spaces 11, 12, and 13). The entrance to the parking area is from Satamakatu.

Access by bus

The nearest bus stop is Turku Castle, approximately a 500-metre walk from the studio.

Getting Here on Foot or by Bike

Pedestrians and cyclists can use the shared walking and cycling path along Linnankatu. Those arriving via Juhana Herttuan puistokatu can also turn onto Kuljetuskatu and continue to the studio via the walking and cycling path that runs through the harbour area.
