Ballroom Cha Cha is an energetic and fast-paced dance that is known for its snappy rhythms and playful attitude. In Cha Cha, the steps are fast, the turns are sharp and the movement of the hip plays an important role. The dance has its roots in Afro-Cuban dances.
In the workshops, we will go through the rhythm, technique and basic steps of Cha Cha with different variations. In the solo workshops, we will build a short choreography on what we have learned.

You do not need previous experience in Cha Cha dancing to participate in these workshops.
You can sign up without your own dance partner, we will take care of the balance between leaders and followers.
Valtteri Palin is a dancer and dance teacher from Turku, Finland, who has also worked as a coach in the TV Show Dancing with the Stars in 2023 and 2024. Valtteri’s main dance styles are Ballroom and Latin dances. His classes have a communal and inspiring atmosphere.

On your wedding day, many things can feel nerve-wracking but your wedding dance doesn’t have to be one of them! At Flama’s one-time wedding waltz course, you’ll practice the traditional waltz starting from the very basics. The course will give you confidence in your dance steps and help you learn the fundamentals of the waltz.
