During Migi’s hip hop workshop, we will get to know the foundations of hip hop and other street styles. We will practice both technique and choreography at the workshop.

Miika “Migi” Hurnanen is a choreographer, dance teacher and dancer from Turku.
He started his dance hobby while studying in Lahti and competing in a dance group. After that, he started studying and practicing dance mostly alone to look for his own style and way of moving.
He started quite quickly to teach his own choreography and learned more about the foundations of hip hop and other street styles.

During his classes, Migi emphasizes the understanding of the groove and encourages dancers to find their own natural movement.

During Migi’s hip hop classes, both technique and choreography are practiced.
