In April, we will be dancing impressive voguing at Dance Studio Flama!
Our Voguing Intensive Course is held on Saturday, the 21 of April from 12 to 2pm. The instructor of the course is our wonderful Mira Taussi, who teaches Street Dance at Flama on Thursdays.
Voguing is a dance style that was born in New York and inspired by the fashion world. During this intensive course, we will learn the most characteristic techniques of voguing, such as model-like poses, arm movements and walking. There are various voguing styles and each style has its own typical body language. This course concentrates on New Way and Vogue Femme styles. In the end of the course, we will create a choreography that is based on the techniques we have learnt so far. No previous knowledge about voguing is required to be able to attend the course. Wear elastic clothes and bring a water bottle with you to the class.
