There are many things that might stress you on your wedding day, but the wedding dance does not to need to be one of them! A pre-planned and rehearsed wedding dance is a relaxed and memorable shared moment for the wedding couple – and of course one of the highlights of the wedding celebration.
The most memorable wedding dances are the ones that remind of the wedding couple. We help you find your own style, whether it is beautiful and elegant, cool and edgy, sensitive and emotional – or something completely different. In addition to the traditional wedding waltz, the wedding dance can be danced for example to foxtrot or different Latin dances.
Flama’s Wedding Waltz Course gives you confidence in the steps of a traditional wedding waltz. This course or a workshop takes 1,5 hours and you will be practicing the steps of a traditional wedding waltz as well as the technique of both leading and following.
Flama’s Wedding Waltz Course is a great opportunity to learn the wedding waltz without any previous dance experience and it is suitable for maid of honors, bestmen, parents and other wedding guests as well. Welcome to practice the steps of waltz together!
The Wedding Waltz Courses are taught by Tiia Anttila, Flama’s dance teacher specialized in wedding dances. She has already helped dozens of wedding couples to succeed on their special day.
The wedding waltz courses are held at Flama’s Linnankatu studio, located at Linnankatu 84, Turku.
With private wedding dance classes, you get the support and help of the dance teacher for your wedding dance, from planning to the final touches. We are happy to help you choose the song for your wedding dance and tell which dance style suits the song. Popular wedding dance styles include for example waltz, foxtrot and Latin dances.
With you, we can build together the right and unique atmosphere for your wedding dance.
In the private classes, you can plan and practice the wedding dance just at your own pace and according to your wishes with the dance teacher. At the same time, you learn the technique of leading and following in couple dances, and simple spins and bends can also be included to the dance.

We can design a unique choreography for the song of your choice. When planning the choreography, we take into account your starting level and the time available for practicing the choreography.

You can conveniently pay for the confirmed reservation on our webshop. Also sport and cultural benefits can be used as means of payment.
A confirmed private class booking can be canceled 14 days before the date of the class free of charge. If the cancellation is done after that, we charge the full price.
In case of illness, the transfer of the confirmed private class can exceptionally be done at no cost up to 48 hours before the class is about to take place. For changes made after this (including cases of illness), we charge half of the price.
