Got the basics of rueda down? In this course, we’ll deepen your rueda skills, strengthen our collective flow, and learn new patterns and variations for dancing in a rueda circle.
This course is suitable for those who have previously danced rueda, such as participants in Roberto’s couple salsa/rueda course.

For the class, it is recommended to wear clothes that are comfortable to move around in. You can dance with indoor sneakers, dance shoes, or socks. Also take a water bottle with you and remember to drink enough after class.
Roberto “Robe” La Rosa Martinez. Roberto “Robe” La Rosa Martinez is a Cuban dancer and dance teacher whose sunny classes are full of joy and positive energy cannot be avoided!
Robe was born in Havana, and started performing as a child with the famous Tony Menendez in various companies, before studying at the Escuela Nacional de Arte (ENA), the prestigious Cuban National School of Art, where he graduated as a professional dancer.
Robe combines his uncompromising professionalism with his own true love of dance. and teaching and confidence in finding one’s own dance style and – most importantly – the joy of dance.
