Absences from classes can be made up during the same term in any other class or drop-in session. This way, no dance session will be wasted! Read more.
What should I bring with me?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and feel good.
You don’t need shoes for the class, but you can bring your own water bottle and yoga/stretching mat. Our studio also has mats available to borrow for the duration of the class.
PhysioPilates
PhysioPilates combines Pilates training with physiotherapeutic expertise, and the instructor is a physiotherapist who has completed PhysioPilates training. In this class you will learn how to use the muscles and joints of the body in a balanced way, relaxing overactive muscles and strengthening the muscles that support posture in the core. This promotes one’s own well-being through body control.
The classes are suitable for both beginners and active exercisers. Participants’ musculoskeletal issues are taken into account, and individual guidance is provided.
Sarianna Jakobsson
Sarianna Jakobsson is a FasciaMethod instructor, 3 PhysioPilates instructor, a physiotherapist, a personal trainer and a basic sexologist. She has trained extensively over the years, and in physiotherapy, her specialization has been strongly focused on maternity physiotherapy.
