Absences from classes can be made up during the same term in any other class or drop-in session. This way, no dance session will be wasted! Read more.
What should I bring with me?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and feel good.
You don’t need shoes for the class, but you can bring your own water bottle and yoga/stretching mat. Our studio also has mats available to borrow for the duration of the class.
FasciaMethod
FasciaMethod is a holistic body maintenance method developed by Finnish physiotherapists. In FasciaMethod, the body’s mobility is improved with various mobility exercises, dynamic stretches, movement control training and by manipulating fascias with a ball. The exercises are done in sync with your breath, and the classes end with a relaxation.
FasciaMethod classes are suitable for anyone who wants to improve their body’s well-being.
Sarianna Jakobsson
Sarianna Jakobsson is a FasciaMethod instructor, 3 PhysioPilates instructor, a physiotherapist, a personal trainer and a basic sexologist. She has trained extensively over the years, and in physiotherapy, her specialization has been strongly focused on maternity physiotherapy.
