Welcome to the heart of 21st century pop! Mirka Saali’s Millennium Moves workshops will take you back to the golden age of pop music with iconic songs by Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears.
These workshops will give you the chance to get into the groove of legendary pop hits and dance to Commercial Dance choreographies designed by Mirka Saali, as if they were MTV music videos.
So dig out your low-rise jeans, camouflage pants and your best tube top, sprinkle (eco-friendly) glitter on your cheeks, put butterfly spikes in your hair and join in the nostalgia!

I Want It That Way, Everybody (Backstreet’s Back), As Long as You Love Me, Larger Than Life… The hottest boy band of the 2000s has an unrivalled collection of hits, and now it’s time to dance to these iconic classics.
The Boyband Fever workshop will warm up and dance to the Commercial Dance choreography designed by Mirka, inspired by music videos from the 2000s. All this, of course, to the accompaniment of the Backstreet Boys.

…Baby One More Time, Toxic, Oops!… I Did It Again, Gimme More… Britney Spears is the undisputed queen of pop, whose music makes your feet tingle.
With Slave 4 The Beat workshop, you can unleash your inner Britney! Britney Spears’ greatest hits play over the dancefloor speakers, and Mirka Saali teaches you the hottest moves. The workshop features Mirka’s Commercial Dance choreography that will leave no one cold.
Mirka is a charismatic dance teacher and experienced performer whose diverse dance background makes her classes unique. Mirka’s dance career began at the age of 7 with ballroom dancing, and over the years she has dived deep into the world of Latin rhythms, Cuban dances and burlesque. Since 2010, Mirka has danced numerous dance styles. Show burlesque in particular has captured her heart and opened up new perspectives on the meaning of dance and the possibilities of expression.
Mirka’s teaching style is an engaging combination of determination and relaxation, with joy, energy and enjoyment of the music always at the centre. Her classes allow you to test your own limits in a safe atmosphere.
Mirka’s insightful choreography draws inspiration from many dance genres, including Show burlesque, Cha Cha, Samba, Reggaeton, Salsa, Bachata and Chairlesque.
Mirka’s classes always have a warm, encouraging and energetic atmosphere. She believes that dance belongs to everyone, and encourages everyone to excel at their own pace. Her classes combine fun, throwing yourself into the rhythm of the music and creative self-expression. Whether you’re looking for confidence, new skills or just a good vibe, Mirka’s classes are all about the joy of dance and the joy of working together!
