Highlights from the Spring Schedule
There’s more Cuban solo dancing to choose from this spring, with Emma’s Timba Musicality & Body Movement and Rumba Guaguancó courses joining the schedule. New classes also include solo son and Cuban salsa solo technique, taught by Anna. You’ll also get to dance reparto with Roberto!
New to dancing? Minna’s popular Absolute Beginner Dance course is a great place to start from scratch. New beginner courses this spring include Afro Dance, where you’ll explore fun and energetic African street dance styles, and Party On!, where you’ll learn a new commercial dance–style choreography to hit songs each week
Couple salsa dancers can look forward to a much-requested couple son course and more rueda. For couple bachata fans, there’s a new beginner course in the dominicana style, alongside sensual and moderna.
Ballet dancers can enjoy classes with both Ida and Lyylia this spring! Alongside full-season ballet courses, there will be shorter courses in Bournonville, jump technique, balance and repertoire—perfect for refining your technique or finding fresh inspiration.
For body maintenance, Pilates, FasciaMethod and yoga continue as usual in the spring. Popular Barre also returns to the schedule.
Lyrical Dance enthusiasts can now challenge themselves in intermediate-level classes too.
Would you like to perform in Flama’s 10th anniversary show? There’s another wide selection of performance courses across different styles, including Afro Dance, contemporary dance, lyrical dance, heels, Belly Dance, Bachata Estilo Femenino, couple salsa and Flawless Diva.

Get your Spring Anytime pass now to get a head start on spring course registration. You can book your places right away instead of waiting until Tuesday, when individual courses go on sale. The Anytime pass also gives you 20% off all spring workshops.
Anytime early bird offer: 699 € (regular price 790 €). The offer is valid until 15.12.2026.
The Spring Anytime Card can also be paid for in three installments (does not apply to the early bird offer). Students and pensioners receive the card at a reduced price and can also pay for it in one or three installments.
No more separate drop-in classes – use a class pass to join any weekly class
From the spring 2027 season, Flama will no longer have separate drop-in classes. You can now join any weekly class flexibly with a class pass or a single-class payment. Drop-in places become available in the booking system on the Monday before the week of the class. This means that individual classes for courses starting at the beginning of the spring season will be available to book on Monday 3 January.
Some classes work on the same choreography for several weeks, while others have new content every week. Check the class details and current choreography schedule in the booking calendar. Choreography-based classes are marked in pink. To see a course’s choreography schedule, select “More information” for the class you’re interested in.
If you have any questions about our classes, you can always contact us at info@flama.fi.
Changes to class level descriptions
To make it easier to find the right level, we’ve clarified the descriptions for beginner classes.
You can join Beginner classes with no previous dance experience.
Beginner+ classes are for new dancers who already have some experience in another dance style or a background in other types of movement. Classes move at a faster pace than absolute beginner classes, but you don’t need previous experience in the specific style.
Beginner B courses follow the beginner course in that style. The recommended progression is to take the beginner course, then Beginner B, and then move on to Improver-level courses. Beginner B courses are available in couple salsa, couple bachata, urban kiz and adult ballet.
We’ve also updated the numbered levels for partner dance classes to match the levels used for Flama’s other weekly classes.
Updated partner dance levels:
- Level 1+ → Beginner B
- Level 2 → Improver
- Level 3 → Intermediate
- Level 4 → Advanced
Lämpimästi tervetuloa tanssimaan! 🧡
