Flama’s summer season starts on Monday, the 26th of May 2025 and ends on Sunday, the 24th of August 2025. During the summer, we will organize courses, workshops, drop-in classes and events. You have the opportunity to dance for example Couple Salsa, Contemporary Dance, Oriental Dance, Twerk and Flamenco. Additionally, you can try our new summer classes, such as Broadway, Lyrical Floorwork and Rueda.
All course absences can be made up in any of Flama’s summer drop-in classes by notifying your absence in advance by email.
Flama is a dance community for adults with a relaxed atmosphere, where everyone can enjoy dancing as themselves. We have an inspiring, positive and encouraging atmosphere in our classes. We think that movement and the joy of dance belong to everyone, regardless of gender, age, size or skill level. Flama’s values are transparency, accessibility, respect for different people and cultures, and community.
During the summer, there are more than 80 different short courses to choose from, with options for beginners and more experienced dancers! From our wide range of courses, there is certainly an option to suit everyone. Summer courses last between 4 and 7 weeks and can be easily registered on our webshop.
You can also dance at Flama in our weekly drop-in classes, which you can attend according to your own schedule. You can join classes as single classes or by using any of our punch cards. You can book your place on our reservation system.
Various workshops and events will also be organized during the summer. You can take part in events such as Salsa & Saunaat Villa Järvelä or park dances in Turku Castle Park on Wednesday evenings. You can also pay for your participation in the park dance classes with our Summer Anytime. The workshop list for the summer will be updated during the spring.
Do you want to dance in our summer classes without any limits? With Flama’s Summer Anytime card, you have unlimited access to all drop-in classes and summer courses. Now you can get Anytime for the early bird price of 320 € (valid until the 31st of March). The normal price is 370 €, and students and seniors can get the card for 295 €. You can also split the payment into two instalments. The Anytime card also gives you a 20% discount on Flama’s summer workshops.

Does the idea of stepping onto the stage excite you? Flama’s spring season culminates on Wednesday 27.5. at the Flama Spring Show held at the Linnateatteri. Once again, an amazing group of Flama dancers will take the stage and you could be one of them!
