In Summer 2024, Flama’s Dance at the Park Classes are held in Mannerheim Park in Turku on Wednesdays at 18–19. There is no pre-registration for the classes, welcome to join us!
The Schedule in Summer 2024 (all the classes are also suitable for beginners):
5.6. Reggaeton – Mirka
12.6. Latinmix – Mirka
26.6. Afrobeats – Minna
3.7. Salsaton – Minna
10.7. Female Dancehall – Minna
17.7. Oriental Dance – Ilona
24.7. Twerk – Päivi (class held indoors if raining)
31.7. Show Burlesque – Mirka (class cancelled due to rain)
7.8. Commercial Dance – Lotta
14.8. Salsa Solo – Anna
21.8. Bachata Solo – Anna
One class costs 8 €, and it can be paid in the park by card, cash (preferably exact change), Tyhy benefits, Flama’s punch cards or Summer Season Anytime card. The classes are taught by Flama’s dance teachers.
Flama Rauhankatu’s studio (Rauhankatu 15, a big white building on the Koulukatu side) is next to Mannerheim Park, so it is possible to use dressing rooms and toilets there, if needed.
