Sensual Femine Healing Workshop

Monse’s workshop is for anyone who wants to get to know their inner feminine energy better through movement. We all have an inner goddess who wants to express herself in different ways. In this workshop, we will create an encouraging and safe space to express ourselves and our inner Goddess.

If you have ever experienced shame or insecurity about what your own body is capable of, this workshop will help you to start letting go of those thoughts. Together, let’s create an accepting and open space, so that we can allow our feminine energy to emerge without any constraints. Monse will provide tools to help everyone find their own way of moving and expressing oneself.

In the workshop, we will go through different emotional states that prevent and/or support feminine energy. For example shame, comparison, anger, insecurity, acceptance, love and gratitude. Everyone comes as an individual and leaves with greater compassion for the others. Monse wants to remind us that we are never too much! She want to question what is “too much” in this society.

In the workshop, we will combine Twerk, Ladies Style, Commercial and Heels-oriented movements and exercises.

Twerk & Sweat Workshop

During this open level workshop, we will practice different twerk techniques: full on right from the start, a great sweat guaranteed. There is no choreography in this workshop. Take knee pads and a water bottle with you.

Who is Monse Villarroel?

Monse is a passionate and inspiring pedagogical dance teacher who wants people to fall in love with their own body and expression.

Monse has won the Finnish Twerk Championship three times. With years of experience as a dance teacher and performer, she has accumulated experience and knowledge that she wants to share with her students.

Every class she teaches is planned from start to finish, so that students can push their own limits and feel a sense of achievement. She wants to create love, humour, shamelessness, clear structure, technique, power and expression in her classes.
