Sensual Heels (beginners)<\/h3>\n\n
The Sensual Heels class takes you on a journey into the world of dancing in high heels, emphasizing feminine energy. Henna teaches the basic techniques and body alignment for dancing in heels. At the end of the class, you\u2019ll put together a choreography designed by Henna that combines feminine movement and a seductive atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n
This class is for beginners and is suitable for those who have some experience with dance. However, no prior experience with dancing in heels is required. If you prefer, you can also participate without heels. <\/p>\n\n
Heels (improvers)<\/h3>\n\n
In this class, we\u2019ll take our heel dance skills to the next level. We\u2019ll practice heel techniques and finish by putting together a routine choreographed by Henna. <\/p>\n\n
This class is suitable for those who dance in heels, such as those who have taken a beginner’s course.<\/p>\n\n
Heels shoes<\/h3>\n\n
For heels classes, we recommend high heels with ankle support. The best option for heels technique is a thin stiletto heel, but you can also dance in thicker heels. The sole of the shoe should be thin but firm, so a platform sole is not the best choice. However, do not stress about the shoes! Please make sure, however, that the soles of your dance shoes are clean and the heel caps are intact so as not to damage the dance floor.<\/p>\n\n
Henna Brandt<\/h3>\n\n
Henna Brandt is a dancer and performer. Henna started dancing as a child with hip-hop, a style in which she also competed. As a teenager, she immersed herself even more deeply in the world of dance and explored a wide variety of dance styles. Henna has a versatile and strong dance background, and currently she mainly teaches Heels and Commercial classes. <\/p>\n\n
Henna is an encouraging and sympathetic teacher whose classes are filled with smiles and where everyone can be themselves. Henna encourages people to shine boldly as themselves, and everyone is welcome in her classes, regardless of age or background. <\/p>\n\n
