You can dance with your socks or toe pads, we do not recommend that you wear any dance sneakers in these classes. Normal comfortable clothes are fine. However, you can definitely wear something approriated to the theme if you feel like (e.g. fishnet tights). If you have sensitive knees, it is a good idea to bring your own knee pads or leg warmers with you, because sometimes the movements include floorwork.<\/p>\n\n
