What if I can’t participate every week?<\/h3>\n

Absences from classes can be made up during the same term in any other class or drop-in session. This way, no dance session will be wasted! Read more.<\/a> <\/p>\n

What should I bring with me?<\/h3>\n

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and feel good.<\/p>\n

The pants should be made of loose material, because it is more difficult to perform twerk techniques in very tight leggings. You can dance in indoor sneakers, dance shoes, or socks. Take your water bottle with you.<\/p>\n

Salla Siniranta<\/h3>\n

Salla has been teaching Twerk and Commercial Dance at Flama since 2020. She has more than 25 years of dancing experience. Salla has lead many performing dance groups and she has been a member in many performing dance groups as well. She now leads Flama’s Twerk and Commercial Dance Group The Honeys.<\/p>\n

In Salla’s classes, the most important thing is to feel good, to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to enjoy the movement and maybe even exceed yourself! Learning the right and safe twerk techniques is important to Salla, and a lot of effort is put into it in Salla’s classes, especially in the classes for beginners.<\/p>\n

Salla aims to create a safe environment in her classes where everyone feels welcome. Without forgetting humor! Welcome to Salla’s classes just as you are.<\/p>\n

Now get ready for spectacular commercial dance, spiced up with a variety of twerking techniques.<\/p>\n

On this course, you\u2019ll dive into energetic and eye-catching choreographies that combine a variety of twerking techniques with the confident movement style of commercial dance. During the classes, you\u2019ll practice choreographies designed by Salla, with an emphasis on attitude, good vibes, and finding your own style <\/p>\n

This course is suitable for dancers who are already familiar with the basic techniques of twerking. No previous experience with commercial dance classes is required. <\/p>\n
