The exercises focus on using twerk techniques in different positions, transitions and spatial movement. <\/p>\n\n<p>The workshop combines twerk technique, musicality and creative thinking to help you strengthen your freestyle and find your own style of dance.<\/p>\n\n<p>The workshop is especially suitable for dancers who already have the basic skills of twerk and want to deepen their knowledge in producing their own movement. Even if you are not familiar with freestyle, you can participate with a low threshold. Through dance, she also discovered the joy of performing and since 2019 she has danced at a wide range of events from club nights to festivals. The experience of performing has strengthened Wilma&#8217;s ability to develop her own movement language to be versatile. She has been able to use these skills in battles and twerking competitions, among others.   <\/p>\n\n<p>As an instructor, Wilma wants to encourage her students to boldly explore the technical possibilities and variations of twerk, especially through freestyle.
