Sensual Feminine Healing (Full)<\/h2>\n\n

This workshop is for all those who want to better explore their inner feminine energy through movement. We all have an inner goddess who wants to express herself in different ways. In this workshop, we will create an encouraging and safe space to express ourselves and our inner Goddess.<\/p>\n\n

If you have ever experienced shame or insecurity about what your own body is capable of, this workshop will help you to start letting go of them. Together, let’s create an accepting and open space, so that we can allow our feminine energy to emerge without any constraints. Monse will provide tools to help everyone find their own way of moving and expressing oneself.<\/p>\n\n

In the workshop we will go through different emotional states that inhibit and\/or support feminine energy. For example shame, comparison, anger, insecurity, acceptance, love and gratitude. Everyone comes as an individual and leaves with greater compassion for the others. I want to remind you that we are never too much! I want to question what is “too much” in this society.<\/p>\n\n

The class uses twerk-, ladies style-, commercial- and heels-focused moves and exercises.<\/p>\n\n

Twerk Intensive<\/h2>\n\n

This workshop is for intermediate\/advanced twerk dancers who are ready for a challenge and new skills in twerk. More beginner twerkers are also welcome if you want to try a challenge in your own work right away. The goal of this workshop is to give each dancer more inspiration for their own dance. We go through each dancer’s personal strengths and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n\n

So now you have a great opportunity to get personalised feedback and the right tools for your personal dance journey.<\/p>\n\n

The workshop will develop the basic technique of twerk dancing. The technique allows us to strengthen other elements of twerking, such as movement patterns, dynamics, movement in space and performance. With these basics, it is possible to dance twerk in a more complete way.<\/p>\n\n
