So that our body would work in the way we want and we could actually develop as dancers, it is essential to concentrate on body maintenance. This becoming Sunday there is a perfect opportunity just to concentrate on your own well-being when Juulia Niemi has an intensive course of body maintenance at Dance Studio Flama the 25th of February from 12 to 3 pm.<\/p>\n<p>Juulia&#8217;s intensive course\u00a0will get us acquainted with body maintenance by using various stretching techniques, foam rollers and fascia balls. Body control plays an important role in all exercising and the exercises done in the course are also efficient in core workout.<\/p>\n<p>Welcome to get tips for relaxation, self care, enhancing recovery and mobility and preventing musculoskeletal pain.<\/p>\n<p>Bring a foam roller, a fascia ball and a water bottle with you to the class.<\/p>\n<p>Price: 30 \u20ac<\/p>\n<p>The course is meant for 12 participants. Sign up for the course due Thursday, the 22nd of February by sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:info@flama.fi\">info@flama.fi<\/a>.<br \/>\nATTENTION! The registration is binding, so if you need to cancel, you still need to pay for the course as a whole. In case of illness, it is possible to cancel the course by showing a medical certificate as an evidence.
