Tiia graduated from Oulu University of Applied Sciences as a dance teacher in spring 2020. She started dancing at the age of ten, and she has continued her dear hobby until pedagogic dance studies. She is experienced inter alia in jazz and show dance, contemporary dance and couple dances. Tiia has been teaching for several years, and she has taught both adults and children. As a teacher, Tiia is happy and approachable person who loves challenges. The best thing about dancing in Tiia’s opinion is self-transcendence and freedom to do and feel with one’s own body.
In addition to teaching dance, Tiia is also a qualified pilates and sport instructor.
