This course is suitable for those who have participated in Reggaeton Course for Beginners 1 or beginners’ reggaeton drop-in classes.
The course fee includes 7 x 55 min sessions. There is no class on Independence Day, the 6th of December 2023.

Reggaeton is a Latin dance and music style born in the 1990s and it has been influenced by different dance styles, for example South and Middle American dances, such as dancehall, various Afro dances as well as hip hop. The roots of the reggaeton dance are for example in Panama, Puerto Rico and Cuba.
Reggaeton is characterized by strong dynamic fluctuations, polyrhythmics and playing with chest and hip isolation in particular. Both strong accents and soft sensual movements are present and they alternate in reggaeton. inter alia in Panama, Puerto Rico and Cuba. Reggaeton classes are full of power, energy and attitude!
