PhysioPilates combines pilates training with physiotherapeutic competence, and the instructor is a physiotherapist who has completed the PhysioPilates training. PhysioPilates takes into account the one’s musculoskeletal problems and provides individual guidance. During the class, you will learn how to use the muscles and joints of your body equally, which will relax the overly active muscles and strengthen the muscles that support the posture of the mid-body. This promotes one’s own well-being through body control. The class is suitable for both beginners and active exercisers.
