Juulia Niemi’s Musical Dance Course will take you to the world of musicals! During the course, we will work on Juulia’s choreography that will be performed at Linneteatteri’s stage on Friday, the 19th of May 2023. The performance is part of Flama Spring Show, and the participants are encouraged to join the show.
Time: Saturdays 22.4.–13.5.2023 at 11:00–12:30 (4 x 90 min) + Thursday 18.5.2023 at 16:30–17:25

Level: intermediate
This course is meant for those who have previous dance experience. However, you do not have to have previous dance experience in Musical Dance to join the course.

Juulia Niemi
Juulia is a professional sports instructor and sports massage therapist and she has several years of experience in instructing different groups. Dance classes as well as body maintenance are particularly close to her heart.
Dancing and performing have always been part of Juulia’s life in the form of theater, aesthetic group gymnastics, show dance, contemporary dance, jazz dance, Latin dances and latest show burlesque in a group called the glamGRLS`n`pantyHOES here in Turku.
According to Juulia, Show Burlesque classes are bold feminine show dance classes where men are also welcome to join with their more masculine style! Relaxed atmosphere, bold expression, letting it go, doing it to the full and physicality describe well these classes.
