Bachata is a sensual Latin dance that comes originally from the Dominican Republic. During Bachata Solo class, you will learn about body language, styling and musicality that are essential also for couple bachata.
Commercial Dance is an urban fusion dance that combines techniques of different dance styles and looks for music video inspired bold attitude and show feeling.
Dance Fiesta is an energetic and cheerful dance class which combines movements from different dance styles, such as Latin dances, oriental dance and twerk. The movements are easy to follow and the purpose of the class is to have fun moving your body! You can come to the class without any previous dance experience. Dance Fiesta is the class of true great feeling!
The class is built around a feminine choreography that is full of self-confidence and sensual body movements combined with accents. This is the place to let your inner diva loose!
Show Heels class takes you to the super feminine world of show dance! The class is influenced by the esthetics of music videos and make you feel like Beyoncé of your own life! The goal is to develop your own expression, performance and style. Let your inner diva loose, come to have fun and bring your own heels with you to the class. Of course it is possible to dance without the heels as well.
Oriental Dance, also known as belly dance, is a soft dance style that is based on folk and female solo dances from Middle East and North Africa. The dance class focuses on the basic movements of oriental dance, its body language and the use of the head, shoulders and hands.
Pilates is a method of body conditioning created by Joseph Pilates. It is used to develop eg. optimal posture, to strengthen the middle body and to deepen breathing.
Reggaeton is the hot dance of Latin nightclubs, and it has been influenced by different dance styles, such as hip hop, dancehall reggae and the Caribbean and South American traditional dances, for example Afro dances. Reggaeton is characterized by strong dynamic fluctuations, polyrhythms and playing with chest and hip isolation in particular. Both strong accents and soft sensual movements are present and they alternate.
SALSA LADIES STYLE
Salsa Ladies Style class is all about impressive feminine body movements and music interpretation. In addition to typical body movements and technique of salsa, the class concentrates inter alia on the use of hands and feminine impression, not forgetting show elements. Let yourself loose in all the sensuality! The class is meant for those who are already familiar with the basics of salsa solo.
Beginners’ salsa solo class takes you to the world of salsa rhythms. During the class, you will get familiar with the basic steps of salsa and we will learn about technique, body movements and rhythmics. This class is suitable for everyone!
Show Burlesque combines show dance and burlesque with charming seduction and flirtation. Normal flexible clothes work fine, but you are more than welcome to wear something related to the
During the street dance class, we will practice rhythmics, bouncies, steps, isolations and other characteristic features of different street dance styles. The attitude is the key, not forgetting to have fun!
Twerk is an engaging and fun dance style that has gained great popularity around the world. Its moves can be easily taken to the dance floor and probably that is why it is a common dance style at the parties. During twerk classes, you will get diversely familiar with various techniques, such as shaking, jiggle, thrusting and throwing the hip and bounce as well as some floorwork. Twerk improves physical fitness comprehensively, especially back, thigh, buttock and abdominal muscles. The twerk class are meant for over 15-year-olds.
Twerk is an effective way to work out, so by practising twerk techniques, you will simultaneously get your body in shape! The class is a combination of both training exercises and twerk techniques. The class is about sweat and fun and less attention to the choreography. This is a perfect additional training for beginners’ twerk or twerk intermediate class, but also a great choice as an independent training or to support other dance styles. The class does not require any previous twerk experience. Take knee pads or leg warmers with you to the class to protect your knees. The class is meant for over 16-year-olds.
