Twerk is an effective way to work out, so by practicing twerk techniques, you will simultaneously get your body in shape! The class is a combination of both training exercises and twerk techniques. The class is about sweat and fun and less attention to the choreography! This is perfect additional training for beginners’ twerk or twerk intermediate class, but also a great choice as an independent training or to support other dance styles.
The class does not require any previous twerk experience. Take knee pads or leg warmers with you to the class to protect your knees. In addition, do not forget a sweat towel.
This class is meant for over 16-year-old dancers.
