During our beginners’ dance technique class, we will do technique exercises that are based on the techniques of jazz dance, contemporary dance, ballet and pilates.

The class includes various foot technique exercises and focuses on strengthening the body’s support, posture-supporting muscles and body control. Effort and balance are developed through simple jumping and pirouette exercises. At the end of the class, we will increase the mobility of the body with opening stretches.

The dance technique class supports the adoption of other dance techniques as well.
