Dance and Yoga to Help Children in Gaza Event at Flama 26.11.
On Sunday, the 26th of November, we organize the event called Dance and Yoga to help children in Gaza. All the money gathered will be donated to Unicef Gaza Emergency Appeal. You are warmly welcome to dance, enjoy yoga and do good at the same time!
Twerk workshop by Awa Sowe 7.10.2023
Awa Sowe will visit Flama Linnankatu in October to teach a two-hour twerk workshop. The class will practice body control and activation of the hip + pelvis. We practise semi-advanced twerk moves such as bend ova, booty clap and jiggle/exercise.
