Contemporary Dance is a dance style, which is influenced by several different dance and art forms. It is even aiming at crossing these boundaries. During this workshop, we are looking for own ways of moving and how to express feelings, tell stories or just explore the movements. This workshop is perfect for you if you want to improve the quality of your movements for example in Latin dances (salsa, bachata) and bring new depth and expressiveness to your dancing. Contemporary dance is also about body maintenance and how to respite from your everyday life. The workshop has a beginners-friendly level and it serves as an introduction to the diverse world of contemporary dance. Welcome to enjoy contemporary dance as yourself!
